TAREEQ AL-HUDA PROGRAM

 GENERAL INFORMATION

The program runs from September 8, 2017 to May 6, 2018 (Please see complete schedule).

All students are to be dropped off at their classroom and signed in with the classroom teacher no later than 4:30pm (Friday) and 3pm (Sunday).

Parents will be charged a late fee of $10.00/15 minutes if the children are not picked up on time (by 6:30pm & 5pm, SHARP).

If you need to pick your child up early, please provide notice by telling the person in charge and the child’s teacher.

Please let us know in advance or email us at [email protected] if your child will be absent.  All missed work is the student’s responsibility, no make up classes offered.

The program might be closed due to inclement weather or emergency conditions.  Please check your email or contact us to check if the classes will be held in such case.

ISLAMIC STUDIES

The children will be grouped according to their age and ability.  Everyone will be tested the first month of classes for appropriate placement.

TUITION:

$75/MONTH/CHILD (+$30 REGISTRATION FEE)

The tuition is to be paid by the 1st class of every month.  NO EXCUSES!!!  In order to run a successful program, we have to pay our teachers.  Missing a payment is a direct violation of program rules and the child/children will not be allowed to return to the class until all the payments are made in full.

What should my child bring?

-2 NOTEBOOKS

-2 FOLDERS

-PENS OR PENCILS

-Appropriate Islamic clothing (especially for the older girls, including hijab).

 (Please label everything with your child’s name!)

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS

At Tareeq Al Huda, our goal is to provide everyone with a positive experience!  As with any group, the poor behavior of a few can have a dramatic impact on everyone’s experience.

At the program we expect students to:

-Follow ALL program rules set forth by the staff

-Be cooperative and helpful

-Remain with their assigned group at all times

– Use appropriate language and be respectful to other students, staff and parents

-Have safe, Islamic fun!

Behavioral Consequences

Students not following the set rules will be handled on an individual basis.  Frequent or severe violations might result in suspension or expulsion from the program.  No refunds will be given due to the expulsion or behavior suspensions!
